1. Services Provided

Garden for YOU - Spain offers:

  • Installation of artificial and real grass
  • Garden maintenance and landscaping
  • Tree and hedge cutting
  • Power washing and cleaning
  • Installation of decorative stones and irrigation systems
  • Other related gardening services
  • any many more other services.

All services are provided based on customer requests and agreed-upon pricing.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A confirmed booking, you will pay for the materials and for the work after.
  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
  • Failure to make payment on time may result in service cancellation.
  • Customers purchasing artificial grass or other materials will pay the supplier directly. We are not responsible for supplier transactions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
  • If you cancel a service before work begins, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
  • Once work has started, no refunds will be provided.
  • We do not accept returns of any materials, as purchases are made directly with the supplier.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide clear access to the work area.
  • Any required permissions (such as community or municipal approvals) must be obtained by the customer before work begins.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing garden conditions that may affect the outcome of our work.

5. Liability & Warranty

  • We guarantee high-quality workmanship and will address any issues reported within [30] days of service completion.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by external factors (e.g., weather conditions, third-party interference, or improper maintenance by the customer).
  • Artificial grass or other materials are covered by the supplier’s warranty, not by Garden for YOU - Spain.

6. Health & Safety

  • Our team follows strict safety guidelines during all installations and maintenance work.
  • Customers must ensure a safe environment for our workers and notify us of any hazards before we begin work.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be communicated via our website or directly to customers.
